The Sentinel Gap stands watch over our vineyards on the Wahluke Slope in Eastern Washington. We use the most exceptional fruit from our best vines to produce the small lots we blend into our Sentinel. This composition comes from low-yielding vines planted in the ancient soils above the glacial flood line at our acclaimed Northridge Vineyard.

La Scorie is a Rhone-style blend inspired by the supple, dark fruit driven symphony of Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache. Beautiful complexity with notes of plum and blackberry, dark roast coffee, spicy notes of nutmeg, allspice, subtle black peppercorn. A nice concentration with medium bodied tannins.

Fresh dark fruits like blackberry and black cherry are
prominent on the nose, complemented by prominent
flavors of nutmeg and baking spices, with a subtle hint of
mocha. The mouthfeel is big and concentrated, fully
supported by the wine's tannin and acid structure. Pair it
with a grilled tomahawk ribeye.
 

The Northridge Cabernet opens with blackberries, espresso, and leather. Large and rich on the palate concentrated with dark fruits and well-balanced tannins. Its deeply layered structure and hint of dark minerality is a signature of Northridge Vineyard. The finish is long and rewarding.

Fruit forward aromas entangle with a plush jammy palate. Notes of blackberry compote, fresh raspberry, and a hint of crushed black peppercorn. A luxurious and velvety mouthfeel.

Blueberry and blackberry aromas with a hint of earth. Packed with dark fruits on the palate, mouthwatering
jammy notes, subtle coffee, and baking spices. The finish is succulent, pulling you in for another sip.
 

Full-bodied with aromas of dark cocoa and hints of vanilla, lush Bing cherry flavors, and a long, lingering smooth finish. Elegant and supple on the palate, the juicy red fruit flavors are punctuated by the round, soft, medium-body mouthfeel. The tannins remain chewy through the finish.

Aromas of Black Fruit.  Opens with notes of black cherry and boysenberry. The mid palate is layered with notes of black tea, herb and spice. Balanced and concentrated wine with a smooth and lasting finish.

Focused on red fruits, cranberry, strawberry, raspberry, a little rhubarb, lighter mouthfeel, the Syrah component compliments the red fruit with a little more plum and blackberry.

Aromas of raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate, and pie-cherries. Floral overtones with subtle spice and black-berry notes. The palate is similar to the aromas, soft lighter mouthfeel, with a bit more spiciness coming through in the mouth.

Smooth, approachable cabernet sauvignon. Fruit forward, with notes of blackberry, cocoa, and coffee perfectly balanced for the most splendid glass of wine.

An approachable red blend with jammy ripe flavors of plum & blackberry, complimented by some bing cherry & cranberry. This wine is soft with a round mouthfeel throughout and lingering finish. 

A fruit-forward wine with notes of black cherry and dark chocolates. The palate is ripe, delicious and fruit filled with flavors of plumb, blueberry, and a subtle touch of black pepper. Smooth and inviting, the fruit is predominate from start to finish.
