Wine Club Policies

  • Wine Club Members agree to a one-year minimum membership term.
  • After one full year, memberships may be canceled at any time, in writing by emailing, prior to the processing of the next club selection.
  • $50 cancellation fee will be charged to card on file if membership is cancelled prior to one year minimum. 
  • It is the responsibility of the member to cancel prior to the processing of payment. Paid club selections will not be refunded.
  • Club selections must be purchased to maintain an active club membership and enjoy club benefits.
  • The wine club member is tasked with ensuring that their account details, such as credit card information, email address, phone number, and shipping address, are kept up to date.
  • Wine club benefits are exclusive to club members. Benefits are not transferrable and the club member must be present to use any club benefits, including complimentary tastings.
  • The selections labeled Silver, Inviting, Gold, and Balanced are pre-set and cannot be customized. 
  • Wine club releases are 3, 6, or 12 bottles depending on club level. Additional bottles are considered a separate order and will be shipped separately from your club release.
  • Club releases will be shipped via UPS or picked up prior to the wine club processing date associated with your club level. If wine has not been picked up/purchased prior to the processing date, the release will be shipped.
  • A person 21 years or older must be present to sign for shipment.
  • If wine is returned to our fulfillment center, you will have 30 days to pick up your release at the Prosser Tasting Room or we can reship with additional charges, including--but not limited to--shipping costs and handling fees. 
  • It is the responsibility of the club member to ensure they stay up to date with the emails and deadlines.
  • Please watch email address on file for shipping information and changes in deadlines.  UPS redirect, recall and re-ship fees will apply to changes made past the deadline.
