Our Crescent Cuvée, named after the hidden recreational treasure, Crescent Bar, is a Rhone-style white blend using varietals that are rare to the Columbia Valley. This wine swirls into aromas of stone fruits, lemon grass and herbal tea. The palate is smooth with pear and honey flavors, and a touch of spice gives this "hidden gem" some presence.

Pomegranate and raspberry on the nose. Red and black fruit notes swirl with subtle coffee and baking spice notes on the palate. Soft tannins, with a touch a spiciness lingering through the finish.

This wine displays a rich concentration of plum and dark roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and clove. Fresh fig jam from the nose to the finish. Subtle allspice with bright black berry overtones complete an earthy closing. Pair with rack of lamb, hamburgers, or loaded veggie nachos.

A Lift of subtle vanilla, and spice notes on the nose leads to a pinwheel of ripe dates and roasted plums with black berries, and pomegraate. A classic fruit-forward Zinfandel. Pair with veal of creamy rigatoni
