Club Outline
Local tax and shipping when applicable will be applied at processing.
Wine club shipments will be shipped via UPS.We are not responsible for charges acquired due to misdirected or reshipped wines.
Wine shipments returned to the fulfillment center or wines held at the tasting rooms that have not picked up within 60 days of processing will be donated to a charity.
No refunds will be given for the donated wines.
Members may alter or cancel their membership after receiving 3 club releases. Cancelled memberships before 3 releases will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to: wineclub@milbrandtfamilywines.com.
Shipping Disclaimer
Any purchases returned to our winery from UPS will be held at our Prosser location for 30 days available for pick up. After 30 days the purchase will be donated to a charity. No refunds will be given for the donated wine.
