The Estates Mosaic is back! We will be having a sneak peak of this fan-favorite wine January 11-14th at all three tasting rooms. Come try this incredible red blend! The palate consists of ripe, supple flavors of plum, blackberry, raspberry, and bing cherry. Notes of subtle toasted oak, powdered dark cocoa, vanilla bean, and dark roasted coffee linger for a long round finish.
Blend – 49% Syrah, 26% Mourvedre, 22% Grenache
Aging Process–100% barrel aged for 34 months, 33% new French & American, 67% used
Vineyards Sourced– Clifton Hill and Northridge.
