2021 SVS Clifton Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

2021 SVS Clifton Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is bold and ripe, showcasing abundant black fruit flavors such as black currant and black cherry, elegantly accented with notes of spice and vanilla. Sourced from the esteemed Clifton Hill Vineyard, the addition of Merlot and Cabernet Franc softens the robust Cabernet Sauvignon tannins, introducing subtle hints of cranberry and blueberry. The result is a well-rounded, structured wine with a harmonious balance of flavors.

I usually love the all the vintages of the Clifton Hill cabs, this vintage has the addition of cab franc which I think makes the 2021 the best vintage yet!
