Raspberry & Brie Cups
Indulge in a simple, sweet, and tangy symphony of flavor that combines rich, creamy brie with vibrant, sweet notes of raspberry preserves, encased in light and fluffy phyllo dough. Pair these exquisite little bites with the Ryan Patrick Reserve Crescent Cuvée.
Raspberry & Brie Cups
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a couple of baking
sheets with parchment.
2. Arrange phyllo cups on baking sheets. Place one
slice Brie cheese in each cup. Top with 1/2 teaspoon
raspberry preserves.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until Brie is melted, about
7-8 minutes. Do one pan at a time.
4. Optional: for presentation, put one raspberry on top of
each cup before serving.
Ingredients
• 2 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into
1-inch slices
• 30 frozen phyllo tart cups (usually found in frozen food
sections of grocery stores)
• 1 cup raspberry preserves
• Optional: Raspberries for presentation
